The West 5th campus is home to the regional specialized Mental Health Services for Central South. It is an important part of the Mental Health & Addiction Program at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. The new foodservices facility will provide meal service to 1,000 residents and patients.
The kitchen will prepare and procure food through a chilled food system especially developed for the variety of demands and requirements of the population being serviced. Remote dining rooms with integrated serveries will allow for variety and choices in meal offerings.
