The scope of work included planning at the General, Henderson and Chedoke sites.
Studies and implementation for renovations and Restructuring of Foodservices for these various projects & sites was undertaken in association with FoodSystems Inc.
The on site work encompassed the redevelopment of the central food production at Chedoke as well as the existing cook serve operations at the Henderson and General Hospitals. The existing kitchens were redeveloped into satellite depots for plated meals coming from the main central Chedoke facility.
